An Encryption Method for Multiple Receivers with Different Roles

(in English) This paper discusses an applied cryptographic technique to disclose information selectively for multiple receivers who have different roles.
If a message includes classified infomation, e.g., personal or business, such information is desired not to be disclosed for some users due to his/her roles. This paper proposes a method to encrypt a message such that some information in the encrypted message can be disclosed for users selectively. The proposal method managed receiver's roles by private/public key pairs, which are generated by Key Management Center. A sender gets public key from Key Management Center and encrypts a message such that some infomation in the encrypted message is decrypted selevtively by receiver's private keys. A receiver receives an encrypted message from a sender and decrypts it by his/her private keys, which are distributed from Key Management Center. This method applies to one stop services, which complete an application ,e.g., administrative services, by just ``one time'' if it requires some procedures.
