| 抄録 | （和） | 当機構内で測定した短波帯電波雑音の結果を用いて、ITU-R勧告P.372-8と同じ方法で雑音指数を表すパラメータおよび上下位の十分位数を計算した。標準電波のガードバンドおよび電波天文などの静かな周波数の値を用いても、雑音指数は勧告の値より大きい値となり、周波数軸方向の変動も大きい。また、十分位数は上位下位とも勧告値より小さかった。また、上位十分位数と下位十分位数の関係は勧告値と逆に下位のほうが上位がより大きかった。さらに、上位十分位数は標準偏差とほぼ等しくなった。 |
| （英） | We calculated noise figure and values of upper and lower deciles by the method of the recommendation ITU-R P.372-8 with our observation data of radio noise in the high frequency band. Our result shows the calculated parameters of noise figure using quiet frequency bands, guard band of standard radio and radio astronomy band, are lager than those in recommendation, and the variance along frequency axis is large, too. Both the values of upper and lower decile are smaller than those in recommendation, and the value of upper decile is smaller than the lower one , contrary to the recommendation. And standard deviation is as same as the upper decile. | |
