広視野映像の臨場感における観視画角の対比効果 ～ 被験者間・被験者内計画の比較 ～

高臨場感映像システムに最適な観視画角について検討するために、観視画角と臨場感の関係について200人の被験者による主観評価実験を行った。その結果、観視画角を被験者間要因とした場合では観視画角80度辺りで臨場感が最も高く評価された。一方、観視画角を被験者内要因とした場合では、観視画角が大きいほど臨場感が高く評価され、異なる観視画角を比較することによる対比効果が臨場感の評価に影響することが確認された。 |

To evaluate the relationship between display-viewing angle and the sense of presence, two experiments were conducted, in which the display-viewing angle (ranging from 30 degrees to 100 degrees) was manipulated as a between- and within-subjects factor, respectively. Two hundred subjects participated in both experiments. In the within-subjects evaluation, presence scores increased as the field of view widened, while those in the between-subjects evaluation either did not increase or decreased significantly for the wider display-viewing angles. |
