This paper presents multi-input paralleled dc-dc converters andconsiders its basic dynamics. The systemuses the winner-take-all ( WTA ) switching and can realize multi-phase synchronization and efficient current share if parameters are selected suitably. We analyze the dynamics using the piecewise constant model and piecewise linear return map. As compared with single-input systems, this multi-input system can exhibit richer synchronization and bifurcation phenomena. In the numerical experiments, we consider basic case where only one of the inputs varies and demonstrate typical phenomena. |
