A Basic Study on Glycerin Phantom for Scale-model Measurements

(in English) Since the mobile terminal is usually used nearby human body,
it is necessary to measure the effects of human body on the radiation characteristics of antennas used in mobile terminals.
Generally, it is difficult to make phantom as the size of real human body due to lots of time and labor. Therefore, it is effective to use scale model in such measurements. In this report, a basic study has been conducted on the scale model using glycerin phantom. Multiple linear regression analyses have been performed on the composition amount of glycerin phantom and its electrical characteristics. Moreover, several samples of scale model glycerin phantom are made based on the composition amount obtained from the regression analyses, and experimental results have been obtained.
