fMCGを用いた音楽鑑賞時の母親の心拍変動と胎児の心拍変動の関係

母親が緊張したり，リラックスしたりしている状態が胎児にどのような影響を及ぼすかについて興味がもたれている．そこで本研究では胎児心磁図(fMCG : fetal MagnetoCardioGram)の計測により，母親の心拍変動と胎児の心拍変動の関係を調べた．
暗算およびクラシック環境下における母親の心電図と胎児のfMCGを同時計測し，母親と胎児の心拍変動とそのスペクトルを求め，心拍数，CV値 (Coefficient of Variation)，LF (Low Frequency)，HF (High Frequency)，LF/HFを算出した．それぞれの値から母親と胎児の心拍変動の関係について検討した．
その結果，母親が緊張している場合には，胎児も緊張していることが多いことが分かった． |

A great attention is engaged by the influence that mental condition of mother exerts on that of fetus. Therefore, we investigated the relationship between HRV (Heart Rate Variability) of mother and fetus.
We let five expectant mothers do arithmetic in their heads and listen to a classical music and ECG of mothers and fetal MCG were measured at the same time. Then HRV of mother and fetus and that spectrum, and calculated heart rate, CV value, LF, HF and LF/HF were evaluated. Using these values, we examined the relationship between HRV of mother and fetus.
The results found that fetus almost feel tension when mother feel tension. |
