| (in English) | In the case of user network operation, we can not expect a user to have acquired all required knowledge for the network operation in advance. Therefore, we proposed the active help system which inference how the user have acquired knowledge necessary to operate the network, and provide knowledge to user efficiently corresponding to the user’s knowledge acquisition situation in the communication with the user. And we report the result of experiment with test subjects to verify proposal method. | |
