Productivity evaluation of OSSs using Distributed Data Driven Architecture

(in English) With deployment of new service and expansion of already existing service, the telecom operator performs function addition and enlargement of facilities to Network Element (NE) regularly. Therefore, it is a critical issue to suppress influence of maintenance function addition to Operation Support System at the minimum that leads to improvement of OSS productivity and cost hold down.
We suggest Distributed Data Driven Architecture (D3A) as the architecture to realize OSS and succeed in practical use of a system based on this architecture. By this report, we explain a realization method and the effect to suppress the influence to our OSS when new NEs were introduced and maintenance functions were introduced to NEs.
