Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Control of organic field effect transistors (OFTEs) characteristics is necessary to produce the electronic devices using organic semiconductors. We have investigated the controllability of the FET characteristics using poly(3-hexylthiophene) cast film. We have developed an applying-field casting method, that is, electric field was applied between the two electrodes during the film formation. We reported the effect of post-treatment such as thermal treatment and electric-field application. Furthermore, the new post-treatment combined the current application with thermal treatment are described.
