Control of organic field effect transistors (OFTEs) characteristics is necessary to produce the electronic devices using organic semiconductors. We have investigated the controllability of the FET characteristics using poly(3-hexylthiophene) cast film. We have developed an applying-field casting method, that is, electric field was applied between the two electrodes during the film formation. We reported the effect of post-treatment such as thermal treatment and electric-field application. Furthermore, the new post-treatment combined the current application with thermal treatment are described. |
