This invited talk describes my history, first, which brought myself in to a position to be nominated for IEEE Fellow. Along with this history, the two contributions: novel MMIC concepts that are Line-Unified-FET (LUFET) and Three-Dimensiona MMIC (3-D MMIC), recognized by IEEE, are explained simply. The IEEE Fellow grade is granted to a person who has achieved significant contributions in IEEE-related technical paper publishment or outstanding technology promotion. Other importances to be granted is that the person is continuously active for technical and educational services on IEEE Societies and his own affiliation. Hence, some activities in my current company are also described. Remembering overall of my career, the most imortant and memorial thing was that I had chances to cooperate with elegant persons. |
