電気通信大学では，文部科学省の現代GP e-Learning部門にも採択されている取組として，本学の特色である情報・通信技術を主とした専門性の高い授業科目のeラーニング化を進め、学内組織間や教員・学生間の相互作用を重視するeラーニング教育実践を展開している． eラーニングは多くの可能性をもってはいるが，eラーニング実践を現実に有効なものとするには様々なノウハウの蓄積が必要となり，試行錯誤を繰り返して徐々に改善していくしかない．本報告では，電気通信大学での取組開始以来の経験から得られた「知識」と，それを改善へつなげていくための知識マネージメントについて述べる． |

The University of Electro-Communications has been carrying out a university-wide e-Learning project in higher education. Graduate courses are the primary focus of the project. The project is partially supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan under a three-year (2004-2006) grant “Selected Efforts of the Distinctive University Education Support Program (Good Practice Project, or Gendai-GP)”. For the success of e-Learning practice, gradual improvements are necessary. In this article, “knowledge” about e-Learning practice and their management in UEC is described. |
