We sent questionnaires to the eight thousand enterprises in Japan, asking their interest to employment of the hearing disabled people and to their services to them. Most of the companies know the law for promotion of employment of disabled people, but their interest is low and they pay little attention to the hearing disabled people as a customer. Their measure to devised to deal with the emergency is poor. We must let the enterprises and government offices pay more attention to the hearing disabled people. |
