We examine the influences of network latency and packet loss
on the playback quality of MPEG1 video on iSCSI disks.
This report clarifies the relations
between the video playback quality and the transmission speed,
the average bit rate of video, the block size of file reading,
Receive Window size (RWIN) and receive buffer size in a video playback system. |
