細胞核1個分の染色体を撮影した光学顕微鏡画像に基づき，染色体の異常を視覚的に診断するためには，染色体領域を画像から抽出し，各領域が何番の染色体に対応するか同定する処理が必要となる．本稿では，1本の染色体領域を複数の部分領域の連なりと見なし，各部分領域を画像中で探索する処理を順に繰り返すことで，染色体領域全体の抽出・同定を高精度・効率的に行う手法を提案する．さらに，部分領域単位での探索を効果的に実現するために，各部分領域を特異的に探索するエージェントを導入し，それらを相互に協調させる手法を提案する． |

To conduct visual analysis of chromosome images, every chromosome region has to be extracted from an image and classified into the chromosome types in advance. To improve the accuracy and efficiency in this process, we propose a new method for extracting and classifying chromosome regions in an image. The proposed method regards every chromosome region as a series of subregions, and iterates the search for each subregion in the image consecutively. Furthermore, to achieve effective search of subregions, we propose a multiagent based method where each agent cooperates with other agents and searches a specific subregion individually. |
