In this paper we propose a speaker verification method based on CELP (Code Excited Linear Prediction) speech coding scheme.The proposed method utilizes CELP parameters which are used in speech coding schemes for mobile phone networks or IP networks,and verifies a speaker only with the encoded speech.The merits of the proposed method are as follows; 1.Utilizing CELP coding process, the proposed method can be applied to mobile terminals and network systems which have limited resources by adding a little function. 2. Since CELP parameters contain a speaker verification is realized. An evaluation shows improving accuracy using proposed method. |
