(in English) We propose applications of multihoming method on overlay network especially in regional areas. We have employed an overlay architecture proposed by Uda et.al. Firstly, we present it allows easier management of ISPs that use Flet's access networks provided by NTT east and west as the ISP's access line. Secondly, we present bi-cast on the overlay network architecture makes video streams on the Internet much reliable for CATV.
