腹部造影ＣＴ画像における救急医療画像診断支援のための肝臓内活動性出血の自動検出

救急医療の現場においては，日常の診療とは異なり各分野の専門医などがいない状態で即座に診断し治療を行う場合があるため，医師の診断の補助を目的としたコンピュータ支援診断(CAD)システムの開発に期待がかかっている．本研究では，救急医療の画像診断で重要とされる肝臓の出血部分を自動で検出する．今回は確率的画像を用いて虚血肝臓領域の自動抽出手法を提案する．抽出した提案手法を開発しているCADシステムに組み込み実験を行った．22個の活動性出血を含む28症例に実験した結果，肝臓内の活動性出血の検出率95%（21個/22個），誤検出数1.8個/症例であった． |

The presence of specialists cannot be always expected in ER to treat immediately. A specific CAD system will be of assistance to unaccustomed physicians to ER cares. In this work, we are developing an automated detection method in locating active bleeding areas in the liver. This study proposes a method for automated generation of the liver region with abnormal with the use of probabilistic images of liver region. We applied our proposition method to our CAD system. Twenty-eight trauma cases including 22 active bleeding regions were employed to estimate the detection performance in this work. Twenty-one out of 22 regions were detected correctly with 1.8 false-positive findings per case. |
