消化器癌が最初に転移して流れ込むセンチネルリンパ節に転移がなければ広範なリンパ節郭清を省略できるため，腹部CT画像を用いてリンパ節の自動抽出を行う．リンパ節の標準モデルとして良性・悪性の２種類の画像を作成し，テンプレートマッチングを行った．抽出した物体の内97-100%はリンパ節であった．本アルゴリズムは，孤立的に存在するリンパ節に対しては十分な性能があることがわかった．さらに，抽出したリンパ節をボリュームレンダリング画像に統合することにより，手術範囲の削減に役立てる． |

This thesis analyses possibilities to detect automatically lymph nodes in CT-Datasets of Abdomen Sections. The Template-Matching were investigated for lymph node detection with two model templates.Among the objects whitch they detected, 97-100% were lymph nodes. This algorithm is effective for an existing lymph node for isolation. we can make use for reduction of an operation range by integrating the extracted lymph node which we with a volume rendering image. |
