(in English) In this paper, the probabilistic protocol to limit the number of simultaneous communicating terminal is proposed to improve the QoS of the CDMA system, considering the number of transmission requests. In this protocol, the terminal having a message to be transmitted sends the base station the transmission request. The base station broadcasts the number of transmission requests to the terminals belonging to the base station, for the information to control the transmission at each terminal. The terminal, which requested the transmission decides autonomously to transmit or not according to the probability calculated from the number of transmission requests broadcast by the base station. It is shown that the throughput characteristic obtained by this protocol is excellent by the computer simulation.
