Report processing models on community security and those evaluations

(in English) Now, the problem about the safety in daily life is remarkable, and the so-called service of the home security for the inside of a home or a building has been enhanced also in Japan. In this paper, we consider solving the community security for the space which cannot supervise receipts and payments of people by using a mobile terminal. In case the phenomenon set as the object of community security is notified, we propose three queuing models about the performance and how of the notification of the target at waiting time to inform of the acceptance processing for the solution processing. And we evaluate those by the viewpoint of the average waiting time and disposing rate.
