(in English) In this paper，we propose a BitTorrent-like parallel downloading technique in P2P networks．The proposed technique tries to cut the cost for exchanging the piece information while keeping the download performance of the conventional techniques．The basic idea of reducing the cost is to enhance the piece selection algorithm，in such a way that it selects pieces to be downloaded based on only the local piece information．The use of an effective matchmaking on trackers suppresses the degradation of the download performance adversely caused by the proposed selection．The performance of the proposed technique is evaluated by simulation．
