(in English) The Wireless LAN has been really popular recently. It works at office and home and is required to support high throughput for multimedia applications (Video streaming, Video phone, HDTV and so on). The charter of IEEE802.11 Task Group N is to develop a standard that will drive throughput over 100Mbps at MAC-SAP(Service Access Point). Multi-Poll Access scheme is a MAC protocol with polling. We propose QoS Guaranteed Multi-Poll Access scheme for a support to multimedia application over high throughput WLAN. The proposed scheme has Transmission Control. We evaluate the performance of the proposed QoS Guaranteed Multi-Poll Access scheme compared with the conventional Multi-Poll Access Scheme, and show the validity numerically.
