地誌的障害のある認知障害者の屋内移動支援に関する研究 - 第２報 -

高次脳機能障害などの認知障害者の中には，馴染んでいる道でも迷って道順がたどれない，あるいは地図が読めない方がいる．本研究では，そのような地誌的障害のある認知障害者の移動支援を目的としている．第1報では， PDA画面上で次に進むべき部屋名などの場所をスクロールして順次表示する方式のナビゲーションソフトウェアに関して報告した．本報では，新たに開発した2次元コードを利用するナビゲーション方式に関して報告する．認知障害のある高次脳機能障害者と健常者を被験者として，国立身体障害者リハビリテーションセンター研究所（埼玉県所沢市）の1階と2階の部屋をそれぞれ出発地，目的地とした評価実験を行った．その結果，重度の地誌的障害のある方でも目的地に到着可能であるなど，有用性に関して肯定的な結果を得た． |

In this paper, indoor navigation software for PDA is introduced, developed to support persons with topographical disorientation, one of higher brain dysfunctions. It can provide directions to prevent users from missing their ways indoors. The name of the room that the user should head for is displayed along with some photos and memos on the PDA. The user can reach the objective point by checking and following the names of the rooms displayed sequentially. Using with a two-dimensional code scanner, the user can obtain the present position information and a proper orientation via tags, printed 2D codes. The usage of the software is very simple and the display itself is designed to be easily comprehensible. Through some evaluation experiments, this software was evaluated as available for people with topographical disorientation especially when walking around unfamiliar places. |
