(in English) As a countermeasure for the risk to eavesdrop by intercept a wireless communication, it is usual to apply the cryptographic techniques such as a public key system and a private key system which are computationally secure. Information-theoretically secure cryptographic techniques, however, are developing slowly compared with complexity-theoretic approach. This paper reviews the recent researches on unconditional secure key agreement.
The review is specially focused on the system based on radio propagation characteristics. This paper also shows the development of secure key agreement system using a variable directional antenna, named ESPAR antenna.
