This paper describes the experimental study on the low noise level of a micro DC-DC converter. We made a Micro DC-DC converter module with built-in decoupling capacitor experimentally. The evaluation as switching power supply noise are investigated in detail. The effects of noise reduction of converter module with built-in decoupling capacitor are confirmed by experiments. |
