Communication support system for tele-workers with disabilities

(in English) This paper describes a communication support system for teleworkers with disabilities. Firstly, collected and analyzed requirements from teleworkers through trial of an existing voice conference system are discussed. Secondly, a prototype communication support system based on the requirement analysis was built by the requirements. The system was put on a trial test. The results of the trial test are discussed. Lastly, a plan for future development and prospects are discussed.
