(in English) Optical multiplexing/demultiplexing (MUX/DEMUX) modules with thin-film filters (TFFs) provide flexibility inchannel spacing, which make them suitable for metropolitan network and subscriber’s line. We have developed a new TFF-typeMUX/DEMUX module, which has an injection molded block with concave micromirrors, to reduce the cost. The concave mirrors ease the assembly tolerance; and the block, which contains structures for passive alignment, markedly reduces the assembly time. A prototype 4-channel module provides an insertion loss of 1.5 dB and a temperature dependent loss of 0.2 dB
