There are attached to importance that information sharing promotion and the new idea creation by the voluntary information exchange among employees in recent years in knowledge industry. Each company experimentally introduces consumer services such blog and SNS to create new possibility. Current groupwares ware designed having paid attention to the improvement of the work efficiency, but it is necessary to examine functions by new architecture that designed paying attention to the generation of new communications. Because information sharing and the new idea creation are achieved by communications.
We paid attention that persons’ motivation is very important in the success in communications, because communications are achieved by persons’ interaction. In the paper, we examine necessary elements rising the motivation, and propose necessary functions to search persons advancing communication more smoothly. |
