(in English) In this paper we propose similar-image-retrieval methods for gastric biopsy image. A similar image retrieval system is useful for pathologists as decision support. This kind of system would reduce burden of pathologists.
Generally pathologists make decision based on shape of nuclei, placement of nuclei, nucleus-cytoplasm ratio and so on. In order to retrieve the images which are similar for pathologists, we propose two similar-image-retrieval
methods based on the nucleus-cytoplasm ratio and the construction information of the nucleus. In the experiment, we show the effectiveness of our proposed methods.
