An Extension of Blind-MINT by Mixture Ratio Estimation Based on Higher-Order-Statistics

(in English) The aim of blind source separation (BSS) is to recover mutually
independent unknown source signals from observations obtained through
an unknown mixture system.
As one of resolutions for the BSS problems, Furuya proposed a method
named 'Blind-MINT' which extends the MINT inverse filter so that it
can be applied to the BSS problems.
However, the application area of the method may be limited since
the method requires some additional information about the layout of
microphones; and the separation results are whitened temporary.
In this study, we introduce an extended version of the 'Blind-MINT'
that solves these problems by incorporating
a higher-order-statistics-based approach.
