Bidirectional VSWR supervising system and reliability management for stand-by transmitter

(in English) The Surge Protector (SP) protects the medium wave radio transmitter damages from deterioration of the VSWR on the output transmission system including the matching circuit and antenna. In this paper describes the bidirectional VSWR supervising system for the stand-by transmitter based on the reliability management. The bidirectional VSWR supervising system is useful for the transmitter maintenance at midnight with exchanging to the other site of the stand-by transmitter. We developed the new type of narrowband detection circuit and arithmetic circuit of FPGA for the SP. Furthermore, we constructed the flexible comprehensive surveillance system that is able to monitor the large power transmitting circuit.
