The self excitation resonant inverter using one transistor is used for non-contact energy transfer circuit. We applied the inverter to induction heating system having 5 volt input and 5 W input power. However for the low input voltage, loss of the circuit increases and heating power is lowered greatly. We thought a new technique which gives bias voltage to the base of controlling transistor for main switching element. The efficiency of heating was increased keeping the simply circuit structure. |
