Characteristic of Contact-less Power Transfer System Based on the Parallel Resonance and Current Doubler(2)

(in English) This paper presents various characteristics in which the number of turns and gap(3,5,7mm) of the transformer are changed when using the circuit that applies a contact-less power transfer system based on the parallel resonance and current doubler. Output 24V/2A was achieved by the input 24V even if the switching was operated by a frequency away from the resonance frequency by the different number of turns from 16:24 to 12:24, and a steady output voltage was obtained for the load change. Efficiency is 78% in number 16:24 of turns at 7mm gap and 50W output, and efficiency is 74% in number 12:24 of turns at 7mm gap and 50W output.
