This paper presents various characteristics in which the number of turns and gap(3,5,7mm) of the transformer are changed when using the circuit that applies a contact-less power transfer system based on the parallel resonance and current doubler. Output 24V/2A was achieved by the input 24V even if the switching was operated by a frequency away from the resonance frequency by the different number of turns from 16:24 to 12:24, and a steady output voltage was obtained for the load change. Efficiency is 78% in number 16:24 of turns at 7mm gap and 50W output, and efficiency is 74% in number 12:24 of turns at 7mm gap and 50W output. |
