Electrical Characteristics of MAGFET With On-Chip Coil

(in English) MAGFET ( Magnetic MOS Field-Effect Transistor ) is one of the magnetic sensors, which is capable of sensing a magnetic field and extracting information from it.In this paper, MAGFETs with on-chip coil is proposed.
Two signals can be controlled in this device: magnetic field and drain current of the MAGFET.This device achieved a sensitivity of about 2[\%/T],
and the phase difference of the two signals is detected by this device.
