Effect of time change rate of charging voltage on spark discharge from a metal disk

(in English) Spark discharge is a kind of electrostatic discharge. To promote the understanding of the spark discharge which occurs during the time that a charged matter approaches to a grounded matter, effect of time change rate of charging voltage on spark discharge from a metal disk was measured. As the result of the experiment, sparking voltage and peak spark current increased with the time change rate of charging voltage, and amplitude spectra of spark current strengthened with the time change rate of charging voltage.
