(in English) A detachable high-speed wireless interface was developed for monitoring of logic operation of a Si-chip through LSI package using pulse-based inductive-coupling technique. The interface was applied to a wireless debug system. The inductor size and transceiver system were designed considering the cost, data rate, communication distance, and alignment tolerance. To avoid the effect of DC offset and digital switching noise, DAC for offset cancellation and dynamic sensitivity control circuit were implemented in the receiver. The developed wireless interface achieves communication distance of 1.2mm and alignment tolerance of 0.5mm at the data rate of 20Mbps.
