Authors have been working in development of time domain boundary element method for particle accelerator wake field analysis. One of most biggest problem of the time domain boundary element method is large required storage memory and serious computation time. In this paper, possibilities of higher performance and larger memory capacity by use of method of dedicated computers are considered. A conceptual design of dedicated computer for the time domain boundary element method is presented. The dedicated computer architecture is designed by a hardware description language VHDL and its operation is confirmed by the VHDL circuit simulation. |
