| 抄録 | （和） | 情報インフラ成熟化と情報流通高度化は顧客間、顧客企業間接続に新たな変化をもたらし、これが情報活用能力を高めたITユーザー企業やユーザー自身によるイノベーションを拡大させている．そして、これがWeb2.0変革の背景となっている．このような認識のもとに、アマゾン・コム等を解釈し、同一ルールでトレーサビリティのような企業間連携を解釈することで、連携の多様性と新たなプラットフォーム登場を述べる． |
| （英） | Maturity of information infrastructure and the sophistication of information delivery moves new change for the relationship between customers and companies or companies and companies. And this democratizes the innovation by IT user company that heightens the possibility of information processing and user themselves. This is the background of Web2.0. This paper understands the new business model such as Amazon.com by this recognition and interprets the relationship between companies and companies such as traceability by the same rules. Finally this describes the diversification of collaboration and the emerging of new platform. | |
