(in English) Widely wavelength tunable lasers are strongly demanded for wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) and reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexing (ROADM) networks. We have proposed a novel tunable laser consisting of a silica-waveguide triple-ring resonator connected directly to a semiconductor optical amplifier by passive alignment technology.
