Development of a web-based learning materials about mobile ethics for elementary school pupils

(in English) A web-based learning material about appropriate use of mobile phones for upper grade pupils of elementary schools was developed. The material is based on GBS: Goal Based Scenario theory and enables pupils to learn by themselves. This paper shows a basic design framework of the materials and its development process. In addition, some results of a formative evaluation of using the materials at elementary schools are mentioned. .
