Adaptive File Replication to Dynamic Change in Access Frequency to Peers in Unstructured P2P Networks

(in English) So far file replication methods have been proposed to better explore trade-off between search and access load balancing performance in unstructured peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing networks. However, the previous methods cannot explore the trade-off when popularity of files dynamically varies. This paper presents a file replication method that can explore the trade-off even when popularity of files dynamically varies. The simulation results show that the proposed method can explore the trade-off in adaptation to change of popularity of files.
