We made PDMS-based hybrid sheet made from hydrolyzed TEOS with different degree of hydrolysis. Hybrid sheets made from silanol-terminated PDMS and sufficient hydrolyzed TEOS exhibits constant elastic modulus independent of their thickness. Hybrid sheets made from ethoxy-terminated PDMS and sufficient hydrolyzed TEOS exhibits good mechanical properties and electrical insulating properties. |
