Establishment of area specified one-segment broadcasting system using IP network

(in English) As issues of broadcasting which uses a present radio wave are, 1) existences of area which are difficult to
receive radio, and 2) burgeoning relaying cost for using satellite link. It have high affinity with the Internet because of that transmission data is digital as the advantage of digital broadcasting. In this research, we focused on this advantage, and resolve the issues of former broadcasting using IP network as a part of digital braodcasting system. We demonstrated this system collaborating with area limitation one-segment broadcasting system in campus. By this research, we created contents delivery environment which makes the best use of the merits of radio wave broadcasting and IP network.
