Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We searched in an open-loop state for two conditions that give the optimal setup of circuit constants in a T-type null circuit with three branches comprising a coil in one series branch, a capacitor in the other series branch, and a crystal resonator in a shunt branch in order to improve the short-term frequency stability. First, we searched for conditions that maximize the effective Q value of the circuit. Second, we defined an evaluation index as the product of the contribution index and power transfer index. The contribution index is expressed as the ratio of the relative change in the transmission loss of the circuit to the relative change in the impedance of the crystal resonator. Consequently, the addition of the coil enables us to set up a wide range of circuit constant values.
