Sub-channel Allocation Scheme Updating Priority According to the Number of Allocated Sub-channels in Downlink OFDMA

(in English) In this paper, we propose a sub-channel allocation scheme updating priority
according to the number of allocated sub-channels in downlink OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access).
The proposed scheme can improve NRT(Non Real Time) user's throughput while containing RT(Real Time) traffic users’
allowable delay under RT / NRT traffic environment.
The proposed scheme calculates the minimum number of sub-channels which should be allocated
to a user at a time slot by considering the lowest AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding) level.
If a RT user has sufficient number of sub-channels, the proposed
scheme decreases the RT user’s priority by using BLER(BLock Error Rate).
The proposed scheme can allocate more sub-channels to NRT users who have good channel condition

The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can improve the NRT user's throughput
and satisfy RT traffic users’allowable delay.
