A study of diagnosis support system with modeled interpreting environment for the PET - CT fusion image

(in English) Medical doctors create fusion image when they interpret whole body images obtained by PET-CT, which is one of modalities. Eventually, the doctor manually sets parameters for creating a fusion image, but the parameters impose a heavy burden on doctors. In this paper, we introduce appropriate model for the data, which is occurred in an interpretation of radiogram, and also we build a prototype database. Those will enable doctors to store the parameters set during interpretation as reusable data and to share them. Because the introduction of this model makes the tools to reproductive the environment of interpretation properly and easily, we are able to support the doctors. As for the result, we implemented a prototype system to estimate feasibility, and to evaluate capability of this model by storing simulation data.
