| (in English) | The crosstalk of the microstrip line placed in a printed circuit board is an important problem. Recently, the dimension of a PCB tend to decrease and the crosstalk on a smaller PCB may be critical. In this report, the authors measured crosstalk induced in a microstrip line on a PCB small compared with wavelength to investigate the effect of the dimension of the PCB to the crosstalk. And, the validity of the analysis method based multiconductor transmission lines theory for a small PCB was examined by comparing calculated results with measured results. The measured results showed that coupling between microstrip lines increases as the width of the PCB decreases. In addition, it was shown that the calculated results almost agree with the measured results in spite of the dimension of the PCB at the low frequencies. | |
