(in English) I elevated to IEEE Fellow Grade at January 2007 as the Technical Leader for leadership in development and international standardization of electromagnetic compatibility for telecommunication systems. In this report, my IEEE Fellow prehistory from nomination to elevation, IEEE Fellow presentation in 2007 IEEE International Symposium on EMC, development of optical fiber, my conversion from the optical fiber to EMC for telecommunication system, EMC problem for telecommunication system, EMC problems and EMC standards for disturbance through telecommunication line, development of power line communication system, are presented.
