(in English) We devise the method that understanding the connectivity by using information and transportation which already exist on the Internet. Ordinaly, network manager analyzes connectivity by refer to BGP(Border
Gateway Protocol) table or network flow. But some network manager can't get BGP table, and general user can't inspect these BGP table. So ,we pay attention to a mail as one of a transportation which exist on
the Internet.
