The lapsed time dependence of the structure and the electric behavior of the vacuum deposition film of aluminum (Al) coated by in situ deposited merocyanine dye (MD) film were investigated experimentally. As a result, on relatively thick MD coating film, abnormal temperature dependence in the conductivity was observed after long lapsed time of 20 days. This phenomenon was understood by relating to the evolution of N-Al bond and self-assembly formation of its layered structure in the MD layer including the interface between MD film and Al layer. These results suggested the possibility of appearance of an excitonic interaction between carriers and the dipole in the MD/Al layered system that had been applied in the theoretical model of high Tc superconductor proposed by Little and Ginzgurg et.al.. |
